工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水(shui)電阻作為限流(liu)電阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有(you)足夠的熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸(suan)銅(tong)配(pei)制成各種不(bu)同的阻值)。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的,其原因是由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗,在這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)人(ren)員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場(chang)保障及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試品應(ying)先清(qing)掃(sao)干凈,并一定干燥,以免損(sun)壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表計(ji),調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不能太快(kuai),并(bing)必須(xu)防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不在(zai)(zai)零位(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般應在(zai)(zai)調壓器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)時,開始(shi)計(ji)時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)以下(xia)時,才能拉開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現(xian)下列(lie)不正常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后(hou)應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇在額(e)定輸出電壓時(shi),輸出端短(duan)路電流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如電壓硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)很大整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)還應具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電,接地(di)放電,一切(qie)對(dui)外連線是(shi)否擦干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查(cha)無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應特別注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓設備及引線(xian)與(yu)(yu)地、與(yu)(yu)操作人員的可(ke)靠距離,被(bei)試品(pin)的外殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要(yao)按(an)操作規程中所規定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設備(bei)應緩慢升壓,防止(zhi)被試(shi)品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級加壓,分別(bie)讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄。

5)試驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試品(pin)及試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電(dian)。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,第(di)(di)2級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。第(di)(di)2級(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作(zuo)系(xi)統的調壓(ya)器必須(xu)調到(dao)零(ling)位(wei)后方(fang)可接通電源(yuan),合(he)閘(zha),開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)(kai)始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用。電壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開(kai)(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度(du)上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒(miao)2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注意(yi)測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中如發現測量儀(yi)表的(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應(ying)立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在(zai)數秒內(nei)勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產品不(bu)得超(chao)過額定參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試(shi)驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),停止試驗(yan)(yan)并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(或數字(zi)跳(tiao)動)很大(da)

⑵電流表(biao)直線(xian)上升

被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖(tu)1中第(di)9項系壓力閥(fa)及壓力表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢查SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前(qian)后應測量(liang)被試(shi)設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器長期(qi)不使用時(shi),應放置于通風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射(she)的地(di)方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品(pin)不允(yun)許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)(ya)力閥、壓(ya)(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品(pin)做高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家有關標準和(he)操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規程》等。

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)
